The first episode on the "Punching Up" Series with my Co-Host Josh Sellers .

First off- sorry about the wait on this episode! It's been a busy few months between my wedding, honeymoon, and all the planning that goes into it!

Really excited to bring this episode to you all. Making my local community healthier and stronger is a large part of the inspiration behind why I started this podcast. This episode was a big milestone for us. Change starts with conversations, and we think this was a great one!

We talk to Enrique RI State Representative (Providence HD-9) and Miguel Sanchez, Providence City Council (Ward 6). In this convo we get to learn more about the people running our local government, what they are doing for the doing for the local community in Providence, and what challenges they are "punching up" against. Josh & I also have a special interest in how we can make Rhode Island a stronger and healthier community, which we also discuss.
